Common topics
Subscriptions & billing. Manage, change, or cancel your Clair Pro subscription anytime from Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or directly in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their App Store policy.
Restore purchases. If your subscription does not appear after reinstalling Clair or switching devices, open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases in the app.
Account & data deletion. Delete your account and all associated journal data from Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and removes journal entries, voice recordings, photos, and AI-generated insights from our servers.
Export your data. Download your entries as PDF, CSV, or plain text from Settings → Data → Export Journal.

Bug reports & feedback
If you encounter a bug, please include your iOS version, device model, Clair app version (visible at the bottom of Settings), and a brief description of what you were doing when it occurred. Screenshots or screen recordings are welcome.
